Sister Sarah Burdick, co-host of the show “Notes from Above” on Ave Maria Radio, is coming to the Diocese of Saginaw in March. She will lead a weekend Lenten retreat entitled “Living a Life of Love and Holiness.” Sister Sarah has ministered at missionary gatherings around the world including Eastern Europe and Africa. Join Sister Sarah Burdick, SGL for a Lenten retreat which will include meditation on Sacred Scripture and prayerful silence. Sister Burdick will be drawing on the wisdom of saints both ancient and modern to explore what it means to live a life of deep union with the Lord. Sister Sarah is a member of the Servants of God's Love, and has an M.A. in Theology from Sacred Heart Major Seminary, Detroit; she currently serves as the head of the theology department at Father Gabriel Richard High School in Ann Arbor. . The cost of the retreat is $165 for a semi-private room or $180 for a private room and includes four meals and two receptions. Cost is $95 for commuters which includes lunch and dinner on Saturday. The registration deadline is Wednesday, March 22.
