SAGINAW- The Vatican (via the Congregation for the Clergy) has rejected the petition challenging the merger of St. Francis Borgia in Pigeon, St. Roch in Caseville, and St. Felix de Valois in Pinnebog. These three parishes merged into one new parish in July 2013. Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish is the new name of the parish. The letter from the Vatican rejecting the petition challenging the merger is available here.

A letter from the Most Rev. Joseph R. Cistone, Bishop of Saginaw, regarding the appeal was read during weekend Masses at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish. The letter is available here.
