Summary
The Office Professional is responsible for reception, document preparation, electronic and non-electronic record keeping and file maintenance, mail processing, and related clerical support functions for the Foundation. The Office Professional is responsible for the day-to-day business of the Foundation, making it possible for team members to function efficiently. The Office Professional will use sound judgment in coordinating and prioritizing the duties and responsibilities associated with the various works of the Foundation. The Office Professional will serve as a liaison with the Foundation’s Board of Trustees and will provide clerical support to Foundation special events.

Qualifications
Has good communication skills, both oral and written
Relates well with people
Proficient in the use of computers and required software (Microsoft Work, Excel, Shelby, Lotus Notes, etc)
Experience with Customer Relationship Management software is a plus
Ability to support team programs, projects, and events
Well organized in work habits; dependable, independent worker, flexible, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, exhibits sound judgment
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree and experience working with middle school, high school, and/or college-age students in Catholic formation, evangelization, or the equivalent and must be able to design, develop and implement a comprehensive youth ministry program.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the skills of administration, evangelism, leadership, and teaching and will have or be willing to get additional training and education in evangelization, catechesis or theology.

Counselor

Summary
Catholic Family Service is seeking a a counselor to provide social work services on a part-time basis at Nouvel Central Junior High (located at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish in Saginaw. Qualified candidates need to have a Master's Degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling and be willing to work approximately 22.5 hours over a three day period (Tues, Weds, and Thurs).
