Congratulations to the dozens of talented artists who entered the True, Good and Beautiful Art Contest presented by the Offices of Catholic Schools, Faith Formation and Youth and Young Adult Ministry! The judges were amazed at the thoughtful and creative artworks submitted in response to the theme, “What does the Eucharist mean to you?”

Sr. Karen Shirilla, SJ, passed away at the age of 91 on May 11, 2024 at the IHM Senior Living Community in Monroe, Michigan. She leaves behind a legacy cherished by family and friends. Sister Karen once served as the curriculumm coordinator for the Catholic schools of the Diocese of Saginaw.

Father Todd Arnberg, a priest for more than four decades, dies at 75
Father Todd Arnberg, a priest of the Diocese of Saginaw, died on May 8, 2024 in Aurora, Colorado. He served generously as a priest for more than 47 years. Father Arnberg was known for his outgoing and jovial personality as well as his love for the Hispanic community.
