Victim Assistance

As written in the Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People, the Church's first obligation is for the healing and reconciliation of victims, providing counseling, spiritual assistance, and other services that may be needed to serve those who have been the victim of child sexual abuse by clergy.  The Victim Assistance Coordinator is a licensed social worker who works independently for the Dioceses and receives and responds to all complaints. Calls and messages regarding allegations of child sexual abuse will be returned in a timely manner.

The Victim Assistance Coordinator can be reached from the contact information below. The Victim Assistance Coordinator can assist victims in obtaining counseling services and other supportive resources.
