The annual Catholic Services Appeal (CSA) draws together all Catholics in the Diocese of Saginaw in a unique way in the service of the Lord. Every financial gift to the CSA helps sustain important programs that would not otherwise be possible through one individual or parish. These ministries enable a strong Church to carry out the work of Jesus Christ in every area of our diocese.

As this year’s theme, "Many Parts; One Church" suggests, the diocese and every parish are stronger when we work together.

Examples of how your gift to CSA impacts the lives in our communities include:

  • Catholic Family Services
  • Communications
  • Catholic School Education
  • Faith Formation/Catechesis
  • Priestly Vocations

Ways To Give

Secure OnlineClick HERE. This will direct you to options for making secure monthly installments or a one-time gift using a credit/debit card or a bank account number.

By Mail:  Please complete the pledge card that was included in your CSA mailing and return it in the envelope provided. Please return the pledge card to your parish, not to the Diocese of Saginaw.

In Person: You also may return the pledge card to your parish office or drop it in the collection basket at Mass.

What CSA does not support:

CSA funds support programs, services, diocesan salaries and ministerial opportunities. CSA funds are not used to pay any legal bills.

A note about “special” collections and subsidies

A portion of every dollar raised supports twelve special campaigns for missions, social outreach and the support of the Vatican. Through the generous funds to CSA, the diocese makes fixed contributions to these campaigns, rather than through second collections at parishes.
